Product displays and packaging of our products may vary from time to time. We cannot guarantee that the suggested display style and packaging of our products on our Site will be available when placing an order.
All orders for new customers in the United States must be pre-paid by one of the following methods: credit card, money order or company check. For new customers residing outside of the U.S., orders must be paid via Wire Transfer. Your merchandise will be shipped accordingly once your balance has been paid. All returned checks will result in a $20.00 penalty fee per check.

Acceptance of all orders by Beauty Treats occurs only upon shipment from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Prior to acceptance, Beauty Treats is not obligated to fulfill any order and may notify the Customer of a back-order and the estimated time and costs for shipment. Charges to Customer's credit card shall only be processed for collection when an order has been made by the customer and the customer has authorized the payment. Any shipping and handling charges which are imposed may reflect estimated or average amounts required to cover the cost of shipping and handling and need not reflect the exact cost of the specific order.
If you would like to exchange merchandise, we will ship it after we receive and process your returned items.
If you would like to make a return, please contact us for your RMA (returned merchandise authorization). NOTE: You will be responsible for shipping costs ** No RMA will be credited without original invoice
No refunds or credit will be issued after 30 days from the invoice date.
Items must be in the original packaging, in as-new condition, in original packaging, and include all original components (if applicable). Damaged items will not be refunded if they are in un-sellable conditions.
